YATAV Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
At YATAV, we prioritize your privacy and are committed to safeguarding the personal information of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information YATAV Inc. and its affiliates ("YATAV," "we," "our," or "us") may collect, how we may use it, and to whom we may disclose it while providing the services described below. This Privacy Policy applies to information we gather through our websites at www.yatavent.com, www.metaforest.us, any other U.S. websites where this Privacy Policy is posted, and the YATAV mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). Additionally, it covers information collected when you interact with us through other means (collectively referred to as the "Services"). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms of Use"). Any capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy but not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Use.
This Privacy Policy pertains exclusively to the Services. It does not apply to information collected outside the Services by YATAV, including other YATAV-operated websites, or data collected by Providers, Medical Groups, Labs, or Pharmacies outside the Services. It also does not cover the information practices of any other party you may interact with outside the Services or through any application or content (including advertising) that may be linked to or accessible from the Services.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we handle it. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the person acknowledges your use of the Services on their behalf. If any part of this Privacy Policy is unacceptable to you, please refrain from using the Services. Continued use of the Services signifies your explicit consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with our Privacy Policy or the Medical Group Notice of Privacy Practices, you should not use or access the Services.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically, and your continued use of the Services after changes are made will indicate your acceptance of those changes. Please check the Privacy Policy regularly for updates.
Note: YATAV operates the Platform but does not provide medical services and is not a medical group. Any telehealth consultations obtained through our Services are provided by independent medical provider groups, including, but not limited to, YATAV Medical Group, P.A. (collectively, the "Medical Groups"), which work with a network of U.S.-based healthcare providers, such as licensed therapists, nurse practitioners, and doctors (each, a "Provider"). The Medical Groups and all Providers are legally required to maintain the privacy of your health information under federal and state law. The Medical Groups and their associated Providers handle your health information according to the Medical Group Notice of Privacy Practices. When we process health information on behalf of the Medical Groups, we do so at their direction and in accordance with the policies outlined in their Medical Group Notice of Privacy Practices.
