'Yatav' Enter (hereinafter referred to as 'YatavEnter' or 'the Company') complies with the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information and privacy of Yatav Service (hereinafter referred to as 'Service') users. Yatav respects the ethics and moral standards of society and strives for the development of social welfare and counseling fields. Through this, we collect necessary information to provide more suitable and better services to all users.

① The following information may be generated and collected during the service usage process:
- IP address, access logs, country, cookies, service usage records, records of improper use, payment records, PC specifications, device information (OS, model name, UUID, etc.)
② The following information may be collected when making inquiries or reports:

- Additional collection of information voluntarily registered by members, such as PC specifications, depending on the type of inquiry/report
2) Methods of Collecting Personal Information
① When users agree to the collection of personal information and directly enter the information during the service usage process, we collect the relevant information.
② Personal information may be collected through webpages, emails, faxes, and phone calls during the counseling process via the customer center.
③ Generated information such as device information may be automatically collected during the PC web, mobile web/app usage process.
3. Use of Collected Personal Information
Yatav establishes and complies with regulations regarding the recording, storage, and disposal of information handled through the service. We handle personal information in accordance with ethical guidelines related to counseling to respect human dignity and values and help realize a better life through the service.
1) Personal information is used for member management purposes, such as confirming the intention to join, verifying age and obtaining legal guardian consent, verifying the identity of users and legal guardians, identifying users, and confirming the intention to withdraw from membership.
2) Personal information is used for user protection and service operation purposes, including measures to restrict the use of members who violate laws and YatavEnter's terms of use, prevention and sanctions against improper use that hinders the smooth operation of the service, notification of important matters such as account hijacking and fraudulent transactions, record preservation for dispute resolution, and handling of complaints.
3) Personal information is used for service customization, such as service usage record and access frequency analysis, statistics on service usage, and providing personalized services based on service analysis and statistics.
4) Personal information is used to establish a service environment where users can use the service with peace of mind in terms of security, privacy, and safety."
**4. Provision and Entrustment of Personal Information**
Yatav does not provide personal information to external parties without the user's consent. Yatav may share personal data with Yatav developers, publishers, research teams, etc. only with the user's consent. Yatav Enterprises does not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Yatav retains personal information while the user uses Yatav services and promptly destroys the user's personal information upon withdrawal of membership.

**7. Scope of Application of this Privacy Policy**
This Privacy Policy applies to Yatav (www.yatavent.com) and related services (including PC programs, mobile web/apps), and separate privacy policies may apply to services provided under different brands.
If personal information is collected on websites of other companies linked to Yatav, this Privacy Policy does not apply after the personal information is provided with the user's consent.
**8. Obligation to Notify of Amendments**
If there are any additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents of this Privacy Policy, it will be announced in the 'Notice' section at least 7 days before the revision. However, in case of significant changes to user rights, such as changes in the items of collected personal information and purposes of use, it will be announced at least 30 days in advance, and user consent may be obtained again if necessary.
